Quinceañera Preparation at St. Procopius Parish
Congratulations on your"Coming of Age" ceremony! We hope to help you create an unforgetable moment as you renew your baptismal sacrament and celebrate this joyous event.
Here are some of the important steps in the preparation process here at St Procopius Parish:
- You must attend two retreats held on Friday evenings at Holy Trinity Parish:
- The first Friday is with your parents and it's focused on family.
- The second Friday is with your Chambelanes and Damas and it's focused on the youth.

Some other information:
- Any changes in address or phone numbers please notify us immediately
- If we are unable to contact you 2 weeks before your retreat, or if we have not received payment in full one month before the event we will automatically cancel your celebration.
- Music and decoration arrangements are arranged and paid separately

- In church we do not permit: Additional or moving lighting, throwing flower petals, blocking pews with banner decorations, lit candles. You are responsible to clean up after yourselves.
- Unfortunately we cannot schedule Sunday Quinceañeras.
- The donation for the Quinceañera preparation process and Mass is $450 ($350 if officially registered at least 6 months prior to the event).
- Must be paid in full one month before the Quinceañera.
- A $50 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of reserving your Quinceañera date.
