Presentations
Just as the Virgin Mary was presented in the Jerusalem temple when she was three years old, according to the Proto-gospel of James, we have the tradition of presenting three-year-olds in our Church. The child is given a blessing with Holy Water which recalls her baptism, and then a beautiful prayer of dedication to the Virgin of Guadalupe is said.
Arrangements for a presentation should be made in advance in the parish office. Los arreglos se pueden hacer en la oficina parroquial.
