St. Procopius is a Catholic Parish, with a Dual Language Grade School, in the Pilsen neighborhood of Chicago staffed by Jesuit Priests and serving a predominately Mexican American congregation. All are welcome!
"COME HEAR THE HISTORIC 1892 KIMBALL ORGAN AT ST. PROCOPIUS"
The original organ at St. Procopius Church was built in 1892 by the W.W. Kimball Company of Chicago, IL. This is not only a historic and significant piece of the parish, but also of great significance to the organ world. This is one of only a few Kimball Organs left in existence in the world! This historic organ has not been heard publicly since the 1970's. We are very fortunate to have a group of volunteers who are helping restore the organ so that it can, once again, be played in church. On Sunday, May 19th, at 3:00pm we will have a concert at St. Procopius featuring the Kimball organ. Come join the St. Procopius/Holy Trinity community, the Organ Historical Society and many organists from the Chicagoland area for an afternoon of great music.

El órgano original en la iglesia de San Procopio fue construido en 1892 por la Compania Kimball de Chicago, IL. Esto no sólo es una pieza histórica y significativa de la parroquia, sino también de gran importancia para el mundo del órgano. Este es uno de los pocos órganos Kimball que quedan en existencia en el mundo! Este órgano histórico no ha sido escuchado en público desde la década de 1970. Somos muy afortunados de tener un grupo de voluntarios que están ayudando a restaurar el órgano para que pueda, una vez más, se toque en la iglesia. El domingo, 19 de mayo, a las 3:00pm tendremos un concierto en San Procopio con el órgano Kimball. Ven y únete a la comunidad de San Procopio/ Santísima Trinidad, a la Sociedad Historica de Organos y a muchos organistas del área de Chicago para una tarde de buena música.
